2. Can I reschedule reservations?
If you need to change the dates or room, click on reservation and either choose a date or room, or edit in bottom, where you see the whole reservation. If you want to change rooms, all available rooms will be displayed. If no room is displayed, it means that the reservation cannot be changed or there is no room available. Do not delete reservation and create new ones, only change them. |
3. How is voucher from online reservation redeemed?
All reservations from Slevomat or Zlavomat are redeemed automatically on the first day of stay and you do not have to worry about it. If you want to find them in your interface, search in bookmark "Reservations". To search for newly made reservations by yourself, fill in the voucher code and check "Voucher from Slevomat". |
You can move one reservation behind the other, so you recognise that they belong together and will share one room. |
5. Can I cancel and delete reservation?
We kindly ask you not to do that. If the customer wants to cancel, direct him to our customer care and we will take care of it. If the cancellation is from your side, contact us on rezervace@slevomat.cz. |
6. Can I change the date after voucher expiration date?
You can change the reservation with customer consent. You will get an e‑mail notification about the reservation changing. Billing will go through in the last day of voucher validity. |
7. Can I use Termino even when I have no promotions running?
Yes, of course. Thanks to ability to make own reservations, you can use Termino as your own reservation system. |
8. What does a new reservation notification mean?
Notifications are only informative, but if you have any issue, please reply to e‑mail regarding that particular reservation. We will get in touch in 1 working day. |
9. What if I got reservations from Slevomat but no rooms are availible anymore?
This situation cannot happen. If you have no available rooms, the dates are closed. You watch over capacity with blockages. |
10. What if I have only few rooms in Termino for Slevomat and I want to offer more?
When you create new rooms in Termino, they will automatically connect to the offer and start selling. Please let us know in case you want to offer only limited number of rooms. |
11. Do I have to offer all rooms created in Termino on Slevomat?
You can offer any number of rooms you like, it is up to agreement. You can consult with us on rezervace@slevomat.cz |
