The overall outcome of dealing with seller complaints is a positive one. Only 1 complaint has been filed since the system for dealing with sellers' complaints was made available. This concerned the rejection of a request for the transfer of personal data that our partner did not need for the provision of its services. As we wanted to proceed in accordance with the GDPR, I immediately contacted the Partner and after a short discussion and communication with our legal department, the complaint was resolved by mutual agreement.
